PAYMENT AND RESERVATION
Tu Primum ApS accepts online payments with the following credit cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, Visa Electron, Maestro, ApplePay and Klarna.
The payment will only be charged to your account when the physical product has been shipped or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed upon or stated in your order.>
All prices on this webiste include VAT.
DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
When using a debit card, you may notice that the money is reserved on your account, which will cause your available balance to appear lower.
If you or the webshop cancels the order, the webshop will not be able to charge the money from your account, but the reservation will still be visible on your account for a period of time.
Please note that only the bank (or card issuer) can cancel such a reservation.
CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
The money will be deducted from your account when the webshop processes and completes the payment for your order. The transaction will then appear in your bank statement.
All prices on the website include VAT.
Tu Primum ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring that your data is secure and cannot be read by others.
DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT
Orders placed before 14.00 (on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
Once your package has left the warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can choose to have your shipment delivered to your home address or to the nearest parcel shop. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch, so you can always track your shipment.
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME
We are pleased to offer free delivery to a selected pick-up point within the EU on all orders.
Price for delivery to a home address depends on the destination, and the price will be shown at checkout.
Orders placed before 14.00 (on business days) will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 14.00 will be shipped the next business day.
When your package is ready for pickup at a pick up point, you will receive a notification via SMS or E-mail.
You can expect delivery within 1-2 business days in Denmark and 3-5 days within the EU.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
TU PRIMUM offers a 30-day full return policy on items purchased from the website, unless otherwise agreed upon or specified in your order.
The 30 days start from the day the order is delivered.
TU PRIMUM covers the shipping costs when you return a product.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 30 days after delivery and return the item no later than 30 days after we have received the notification.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email at Support@tuprimum.com, clearly stating that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
TERMS FOR RETURNED ITEMS
You are responsible for the condition of the product and any depreciation caused by handling it in a way other than what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function.
This means you can try the item as if you were shopping in a physical store. If the item has been tried/used beyond this, it will be considered used and of reduced value.
When the purchase is canceled, you may receive a reduced or no refund. It is up to TU PRIMUM ApS to assess the condition of the item.
WARRANTY
There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers defects in software, materials, and workmanship.
Claims must be reported within a reasonable time after receipt. A maximum of one month is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
