DELIVERY
We are pleased to offer free delivery to a selected pick-up point within the EU on all orders.
Price for delivery to a home address depends on the destination, and the price will be shown at checkout.
Orders placed before 14.00 (on business days) will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 14.00 will be shipped the next business day.
When your package is ready for pickup at a pick up point, you will receive a notification via SMS or E-mail.
You can expect delivery within 1-2 business days in Denmark and 3-5 days within the EU.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
If you wish to return an item, you can create a return label here.
Simply follow the instructions to generate return label.
Once completed, you will receive a return label via email, which you can print and attach to the package.
Remember to check your spam folder if you don’t receive it immediately.
Attach your return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest pick up point. Please note that as the customer, you are responsible for the package until it is returned to us.

TU PRIMUM processes the refund to the same payment card used for the purchase once your return package has been delivered to our warehouse and registered.
Please note that it may take 4-5 business days from the receipt of your return package for your refund to be processed. After that, it may take 1-3 banking days before the refund appears in your bank account.
