Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your item. Note that returned items must be in their original condition.

You will receive a return label via email, which you can print and attach to the package.
Be sure to check your spam filter if you haven't received it immediately.

Attach your return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest pickup point.
Please note that as a customer, you are responsible for the package when returning it to us.

TU PRIMUM processes the payment to the same payment card used for the purchase when your return package is delivered to our warehouse and registered.
Note that it may take 4-5 business days from the receipt of your return package until your money is refunded.
From there, it may take 1-3 banking days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
